(one of thesubsidiaries to Guangzhou Pocea Machine Equipments Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) isa modernized processing enterprise integrating the designing, R&D andprocessing of  high precision non -standard mechanical equipment and high precision non-standard machinery parts,precision molds and tooling fixtures. Its main business scope covers themanufacturing of rotating shafts of electric automobile and the spare parts,the packing equipment molds and other batch equipment spare parts, etc. Thecompany has over 60 persons of senior and junior project engineering personnel,who form the professional service team of design, process, manufacturing,installation, services, sales and trade, etc. and who maintain rich experiencein the process design, processing and manufacturing of non-standard precisionspare parts, and the designing, manufacturing and installation, electricalcontrol and equipment adjustment for the non-standard precision automatedequipment. The company now has over 10 sets of series of high-precisionprocessing centers whose maximum processing stroke could reach 3.2 meter×2.5meter, among which there are 4-shafts processing center. The high precisionimported CNC lathe, including turning and milling center. Besides, there areover 120 sets of precision processing equipments for milling, grinding, wirecutting and sparkling. In addition, there are several sets of precision threecoordinate detectors, two dimensional measuring instruments, profilometers andother precision testing equipments, and the physical chemistry room isestablished, to perform the metallographic analysis and ultrasonic examinationfor the texture of the materials, etc. It has certain scale of processingability and the whole-process testing abilities for the production.
