Robots Adjustment Engineer

JobDescriptions:

1)Understanding the electrical engineer’s procedures based on the electricalmechanical designing requirements and making the adjustment and revision forthe PLC and touching screen procedure for the automated system.

2)  Carrying out the demonstration for the robotsprogram editing and adjustment based on the requirements of the automatedsystem.  

3)Making the simple revision for the unreasonable places of machinery and seekingfor resources to cooperate with the revision.

4) Carryingout systematic operation training for the clients after the projects are eaccomplished.

5).Accomplishing the relevant work on time by strictly implementing the project’progress requirements and quality requirements.

6).Reporting the projects status to the project’s manager and the departmentmanager, settling for the questions in the projects and solving the factorscausing the postponement of projects.

JobRequirements:

1) Therelevant majors to electrical engineering or mechanical and electricalintegration, with over1 year experience in on-site adjustment.  

2)Can understand the electrical and mechanical drawings, with strong practiceabilities.  

3)Fluent in more than on mainstream PLC and touching screen programming.  

4).Priority goes to those who are familiar with the robots programming andcontrolling principles and familiar with the mainstream robots programming andany of the applications as ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, MOTOMAN.

5)Priority goes to those who are familiar with servo, stepping and visualsystem.  

6) Good ataccepting new knowledge, with teamwork spirits and strong sense ofresponsibilities.

7)As for the requirements for English, can understand the materials written inEnglish.  

8)The ability to discover the root reasons for issues and the ability to solveproblems.  

9).Good at communicating with the clients for the project progress and thecooperating conditions necessary.  

10Can adjust to the mid-term and long-term b business trips.
